How do I make a reservation? __________________________________ 1. The restaurant only accepts reservation from our online system. Please link our reservation link at our CÔTE À CÔTE website: www.coteacote.tw If the reservation is fully booked, we have a waiting list in our booking system, or select other available dates. We do not take reservations through any social media platforms. 2. Our reservations are available only to 30 days in advance and will be open for booking at 10:00 AM. The restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday.

Will my credit card be charged a deposit when I complete my reservation? __________________________________ CÔTE À CÔTE does not charge a deposit when you complete the reservations. Only for no shows or cancellations 5 days before the reservation date, you will be charged $1000 per person.
How do I change my reservation date, time or party size? __________________________________ Once the reservation is complete, the date, time and party size cannot be modified. If you wish to do so, please cancel your reservation and make a new reservation. How do I cancel the reservation? __________________________________ 1.The last refundable cancellation date is 5 days prior to the dining date (not including the dining day itself). For cancellations within 5 days of the dining date (including the dining day itself), you will be charged a $1000 per person deposit. 2. If you wish to cancel, please click on the “Cancel reservation” in your reservation SMS. 3. Can I bring babies or children? __________________________________ We welcome babies and children, please inform us in advance if a baby chair is required. The minimum charge does not apply to children below the age of 3 or that require baby chair.
Does the CÔTE À CÔTE provide parking or valet service? __________________________________ The restaurant does not provide parking and valet service. There is public parking at Toucheng Farmer’s Association and Toucheng Train Station. Both locations are about five minutes walking distance to the restaurant.
Can I bring pets? __________________________________ We do not allow pets other than guide dogs on all restaurant premises.
How often is the menu updated? __________________________________ Our menu will update daily in regards to local ingredient availability.
